Webhook Options for Payroll product

This page outlines the various webhook options available in Zenegy Payroll. Each webhook option is defined by a type (e.g. Absence) and a action (E.g. Created)

Employee

  • Updated: Triggers when a employee in our payroll product is updated.
  • Created: Triggers when a employee in our payroll product is created.

Payroll

  • Approved: Triggers when a payroll is approved.
  • Created: Triggers when a new payroll run has been initiated.
  • Approval: Signals that the payroll is awating approval.
  • Failed: Indicates a failure in the payroll process.
  • Completed: Denotes the completion of the payroll.

Absence

  • Created: Triggers when an absence registration is created.
  • Approved: Triggers when an absence registeration has been approved.
  • Rejected: Triggers when an absence registeration has been rejected.
  • Archived: Triggers when an absence registeration has been archived.
  • Manually Archived: Triggers when an absence registeration has been archived manually.
